Our terms ensure clarity and transparency for your experience.

Welcome to talport™, a product by huex GmbH & huex Pvt Ltd, designed to help you access and hire top 3% AI-vetted tech talent across South & Southeast Asia. By accessing or using the talport™ platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To use talport™ as a client (employer, company, or representative), you must:

  • Be a legally registered entity or representative of such.

  • Provide accurate business information during onboarding.

  • Agree to abide by all applicable employment and labor laws within your jurisdiction.

Platform Use

As a client, you may:

  • Request onboarding to access the platform.

  • Browse and filter AI-vetted developer profiles.

  • Use credits to unlock candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and send job offers.

  • Receive ongoing support and coordination from the talport™ team.

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your company or job listings.

  • Circumvent the platform to hire talent outside talport™ without approval.

  • Use the platform for illegal or discriminatory hiring practices.

AI Vetting & Matching

talport™ automates 95% of the hiring process through:

  • Contextual AI assessments based on your job description, company profile, and role needs.

  • Skill-based testing, English proficiency interviews, and soft skills analysis.

While we provide ranked matches, final hiring decisions remain your responsibility.

Credits & Pricing

Clients are assigned monthly credits based on their plan.

  • Credits are used for key hiring actions (e.g., profile unlocks, interviews).

  • Unused credits roll over monthly as long as the subscription remains active.

  • If a subscription is canceled or expires, unused credits are forfeited.

Note: During the beta phase, no payments will be collected.

talport™ reserves the right to update subscription packages, pricing tiers, and credit policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

Talent Engagement & Compliance

talport™ does not directly employ talent unless part of an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement.

  • Clients are responsible for issuing compliant offers and handling contracts unless otherwise arranged with huex.

  • We may provide optional support for global payroll, compliance, and onboarding through third-party providers.

Marketing & Profile Display

By agreeing to these terms, you:

  • Consent to allow your company name and logo to be used in the talport™ client showcase.

  • May be invited to share testimonials or case studies.

If you wish to opt out of marketing references, please contact support@huex.io.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All candidate and client data is treated with confidentiality.

Termination
  • huex reserves the right to suspend or terminate client access if terms are violated.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime; credit rollover will cease immediately.

Modifications

huex reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability
  • talport™ provides tools and support but makes no guarantees of hire or candidate performance.

  • huex is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from employment decisions made using the platform.
