This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Talport ("Platform"), operated by Huex Pvt Ltd, and the signing entity ("Client") upon Client's registration on the Talport platform. By completing the signup process, Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Purpose
Talport provides access to a pool of AI-vetted tech talent across South and Southeast Asia. This Agreement governs the use of Talport's platform and related services by the Client.
Client Eligibility
The Client must be a legally registered entity or an authorized individual representing a business.
The Client must use a valid corporate email to complete registration.
Service Scope
Talport offers:
Access to AI-vetted candidate profiles.
Interview coordination and AI-based skill assessments.
Optional Employer of Record (EOR) and payroll services.
Talport does not guarantee candidate hiring, project outcomes, or deliverables unless explicitly agreed in a separate contract.
Client Responsibilities
Ensure all job postings and hiring practices are compliant with applicable laws.
Treat candidates fairly and professionally.
Provide timely feedback during hiring processes.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
Platform Usage
Client agrees not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Platform access may be restricted if misuse or non-compliance is detected.
Any candidate hired through Talport must be reported and processed through the platform unless written exception is granted.
Marketing & Profile Display
By agreeing to these terms, you:
Consent to allow your company name and logo to be used in the talport™ client showcase.
May be invited to share testimonials or case studies.
If you wish to opt out of marketing references, please contact support@huex.io.
Payment Terms
Fees (if applicable) will be as per agreed subscription or placement terms.
Payment for additional services (EOR, payroll, onboarding) will follow separately invoiced terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, technical, and candidate-related information unless disclosure is required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' written notice.
Outstanding dues and obligations prior to termination remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
talport is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from hiring decisions, candidate performance, or platform disruptions.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
By signing up and using the Talport platform, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms.
